Here’s what happens

From idea to open for business.

  1. Tell me what you need

    We get to know your business.

    Start with the contact form. I’ll send you a questionnaire about your services, customers, contact details and the look you like. Share your photos, logo and any websites you like. It’s fine to be unsure about some answers.

  2. Free design first

    See your free mockup.

    I’ll put together a design concept so you can see the direction before paying. A mockup is a preview of the look, not a finished live website. Tell me what you think. If you don’t want to continue, there’s no charge or commitment.

    You: Decide whether you’d like to move forward.

  3. Agree, then pay

    Confirm your pages and build price.

    We agree on the pages, features, content and launch timeline before the build. The setup fee is $100 CAD for 2 pages. Each extra page adds $30 CAD.

    Once you approve the direction, I’ll send the build payment link. Choose the page count we agreed on. Setup and extra pages are paid together through Stripe, with applicable tax added.

    Example: a 4-page website

    $100 setup + 2 extra pages at $30 each = $160 CAD upfront, plus tax. The required $20 monthly plan starts separately at launch.

    You: Approve the scope and pay the build fee.

  4. Build and review

    I build. You check the details.

    I turn the approved design into a website that works on phones and computers. If you need a simple logo, it’s included. I’ll use your existing domain or help purchase and set up a new one after we agree on its name and costs.

    You review the finished website before launch. Check the text, photos, service details and contact information, and tell me about any corrections. We confirm the final version together.

    You: Supply the content and approve the finished website.

  5. Ready to launch

    Start your monthly plan. Go live.

    When your website is approved and ready, I’ll send a separate link for the $20 CAD monthly plan. The first month is charged when you sign up, plus applicable tax. It then renews automatically each month.

    I confirm the payment, connect your website address and publish your site. We check that the pages and contact form work.

    You: Start the monthly plan when I confirm you’re ready to launch.

  6. After launch

    Keep your website running and up to date.

    Your monthly plan covers hosting (keeping the site online), technical maintenance and small content edits, such as changing existing text, photos or service details.

    Email [email protected] when you need an edit. New pages cost $30 CAD each. Bigger design changes and new features are quoted separately before work begins.

    You: Send updates whenever your business details change.

You’re in control

Need to cancel?

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time. There’s no minimum subscription term.

Use your billing portal or email [email protected]. Future monthly renewals stop. Your website stays online until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

After that, hosting ends and the site goes offline unless you arrange hosting elsewhere. You keep your domain; we’ll coordinate its management and any renewal costs separately.
